Chargeback
A reversal of a payment made by a buyer, typically initiated by the buyer’s credit card company.

Customer Support

Dynamic Pricing
A pricing strategy where ticket prices fluctuate based on real-time supply and demand.

Delivery Method
The method by which a ticket is delivered to the buyer, such as email, mobile delivery, or physical mail.

E-Ticket

Event Reschedule

Face Value

Flash Seats

Will Call
A service where tickets purchased in advance are held at the venue’s box office for pickup on the day of the event.

Whop
